Performing arts – Dance for a Cure 2011 – Goldreef city Lyric Theater

Every year Jaco and I set aside August for charity. This is the 3rd year that we were privileged to dedicate this month to Dance for a cure. Please visit their website to see how and where you can contribute. The second performance for this year of Dance for a Cure 2011, were held at Goldreef’s City’s Lyric theater. This time I did not need to get on a plane…LOL, so we were as calm as ever. (I say we, as I stress my hubby, Jaco, out when we fly together) read the whole story of our plane trip on the Dance for a Cure 2011 – Durban Playhouse link

Once again, Angela Ferguson did an awesome job, how this lady manage to organise an event like this is a miracle in itself. Please go to their website www.danceforacure.co.za, to see what amazing stuff they are doing to help prevent Cervical Cancer. Brilliance is the closest word I can describe this performance, as they closed with Nessum Dorma and the full cast on stage, they had me in tears, and yea, how am I suppose to photograph with eyes filled with tears!!
